S. 1629—Children's Compassionate Care Act

On September 17, 2003, Senator Mike DeWine (R-OH) introduced S. 1629, the Children's Compassionate Care Act. This legislation would improve the palliative and end-of-life care provided to children with life-threatening conditions, and for other purposes. S. 1629 was referred to the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions.
