S. 1015—Mosquito Abatement for Safety and Health Act

On August 15, 2003, the President signed into law S. 1015, the Mosquito Abatement for Safety and Health Act, as P.L. 108-75. On July 16 and July 25 the Senate and House, respectively, passed S. 1015 by unanimous consent. S. 1015 was introduced by Senator Judd Gregg (R-NH) on May 7. H.R. 342, similar legislation, passed the House on March 12.
