H.R. 4169—The Mercury-Free Vaccines Act of 2004

On April 4, 2004, Representative Dave Weldon (R-FL), introduced H.R. 4169, the Mercury-Free Vaccines Act of 2004, to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to reduce human exposure to mercury through vaccines. H.R. 4169 has one cosponsor and was referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce.
