H.R. 846—Melanie Stokes Postpartum Depression Research and Care Act

On February 13, 2003, Representative Bobby L. Rush (D-IL) introduced H.R. 846, a bill to provide for research on, and services for individuals with, postpartum depression and psychosis. On February 26, H.R. 846 was referred to the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health. (See similar legislation, S. 450)
