Overview

The goal of this workshop is to evaluate exfoliated cells as a tool for assessing the cellular accumulation of bioactive food components and for determining the influence of food components on gene expression, DNA methylation and protein expression. The primary focus of this meeting will be on exfoliated cells from lung, colon, and mammary tissue.
