S. 518—The National All Schedules Prescription Electronic Reporting Act of 2005

On March 3, 2005, Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) introduced S. 518, the National All Schedules Prescription Electronic Reporting Act of 2005. The bill to provide for the establishment of a controlled substance monitoring program in each state. S. 518 was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP).
