The OITE is happy to announce a Stress Management workshop for all trainees (graduate students, postbacs, postdocs, clinical/research fellows, professional students, etc.).  The workshop will discuss definitions and effects of stress as well as practical ways for trainees to manage stress. 

The workshop, Stress Management in a 21st Century World, will be given by Craig Kalman with the NIH Employee Assistance Program.
