Hey Everyone,

First off, I would like to thank everyone who responded to my e-mail about the GS3.  It was a fantastic response and I know some may not have had a chance to respond or are still thinking about it may not have gotten back to me yet.  No worries!! 

Since this is the first year we will be trying this, I wanted to have an informational meeting first so that we may organize who will speak when and the exact format we will be taking the GS3 into the 2006-2007 year! 

We will be meeting next week on:

Thursday September 28th
Time: 12-1
Location: Building 2, Room 2w15 (Conference Room).

I know everyone has really busy schedules and sometimes it is hard to get away at lunchtime.  This meeting is strictly organizing the format, so no worries if you can’t make it.  BUT...we will be making decisions as to how the GS3 will proceed, so I don’t want anyone who has e-mailed me to be left out in their opinion.  I also don’t want anyone who hasn’t been able to respond, but would like to participate to also have an opinion!

SO....if you cannot make it next Thursday for the meeting, please do e-mail me.  I will have an excel spreadsheet for you to fill out (really quick) with things like your preferred month you would like to speak and so forth.  And it will be considered along with those who can attend.  When we meet, all of the opinions will be considered and dates will be discussed so if we have any conflicts we can get them settled early!!
