Revisions to 29 CFR 1614 Regulations

Processing of EEO-Complaints for Federal Employees

Effective November 9, 1999, the Federal Government's Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's (EEOC) guidance for the processing of EEO-complaints was modified. These modifications reflect changes made in the Equal Employment Opportunity Management Directive EEO MD-110.
