H. Res. 312—Providing for Consideration of H.R. 2660

On July 9, 2003, the House debated H. Res. 312, the rule providing for consideration of H.R. 2660, the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2004. The rule was agreed to by the Yeas and Nays: 223 to 200. H. Res. 312 was introduced by Representative Deborah Pryce (R-OH) on July 8.
