The appendices incorporate supplemental materials to the main volumes of the document. Included in the appendices are code references, design resources, checklists, forms, and general information that will assist in developing complete designs. Included in this volume is the A/E Checklist of Services, which lists the project deliverables and services by design phase that may be required for projects at the NIH.
