Gift Policy
The NIH policy on receiving and administering gifts, including monetary and non-monetary donations to the NIH, is described in the NIH Policy Manual Chapter 1135. This chapter establishes policy and procedures concerning the acceptance, acknowledgment, and administration of gifts to the NIH or to support any of its activities or components.
