#821Creating Presentations with PowerPoint 2007
 
Description:
This introductory class will enable students to create polished presentations including effective graphics. Students will learn to apply special effects that appeal to an audience in a multimedia presentation.
 
Objectives:
Topics will include:
  • Navigating the Ribbon
  • Creating a slide
  • Use of the slide master for global changes
  • Using design templates and backgrounds
  • Change slide layouts
  • Choosing appropriate fonts, colors, and backgrounds
  • Special effects (animations and transitions)
  • Importing multimedia elements
  • Running a slide show
  • Navigating through presentations
Who should attend:
NIH staff using the Office 2007 products who are wanting to learn about creating presentations with PowerPoint 2007.
