This course is designed for the individual who is in the preparation phase of the IT certification process. This seminar describes a step by step process, developed by the instructor, which a student can use in preparing for an IT certification exam. The goal being to feel relaxed and confident at the exam center. This process is not exclusive to any certification track and will work in preparation for any IT type exam. | |

The student attending this class will learn a 5 level process that, if followed, should lead to a successful attempt at an IT certification exam. |

Any NIH staff member that is planning on taking an IT certification exam in the near future and wants to learn an effective process to prepare for that exam. | |
