S. 16—The Equal Rights and Equal Dignity for all Americans Act of 2003

On January 7, 2003, Senator Thomas Daschle (D-SD) introduced S. 16, the Equal Rights and Equal Dignity for all Americans Act of 2003. Title VIII of the bill would prohibit discrimination in health insurance and employment against individuals on the basis of predictive genetic information.
