S. 467—The Fair Access to Clinical Trials (FACT) ActOn January 31, 2007, Senator Christopher Dodd (D-CT) introduced S. 467, the Fair Access to Clinical Trials (FACT) Act. S. 467 is similar to S. 470 and H.R. 3196 from the 109th Congress, which would have required the expansion of ClinicalTrials.gov to include a results database. S. 467 was referred to the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions. |
