S. 1398—The Inflammatory Bowel Disease Research Act

On May 15, 2007, Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) introduced S. 1398, the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Research Act. S. 1398 will require the Director of the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases to expand inflammatory bowel disease research at NIH. S. 1398 was referred to the Senate HELP Committee.
