Financial Report of Biomedical Research and Training in Nutrition

The Human Nutrition Research and Information Management (HNRIM) system database provides information on human nutrition research and research training activities supported in whole or in part by the Federal Government. Each participating agency assembles and submits its own data, which are then combined into the main HNRIM system database. The database contains several thousand projects for each of fiscal years 1985 - present.

Information regarding trends in nutrition research, specific institutions and investigators involved in this research, or areas of agency emphases can be obtained from database searches or from published summary reports (see below). Data for the system is prepared and submitted by participating agencies, and is updated annually. These reports summarize NIH expenditures in support of nutrition related research and training activities for the fiscal year(s) specified:
