This purpose of this training is to provide supervisors with the necessary knowledge and skills to complete a meaningful conflicts analysis for their employees, using the form HHS-716, Initial Report of Financial Interests in Substantially Affected Organizations for Employees of the National Institutes of Health (revised 10/05).
These are the same slides that were used in the 'in person' training provided for supervisors, with the addition of a certificate at the end for those who did not attend the 'in person' sessions. Printing instructions are on the slide. Print it and send it to you IC Ethics Office.
