Supervisor Training: Reviewing the HHS-716

Ethics Training | Supervisor Training: Reviewing the HHS-716

This purpose of this training is to provide supervisors with the necessary knowledge and skills to complete a meaningful conflicts analysis for their employees, using the form HHS-716, Initial Report of Financial Interests in Substantially Affected Organizations for Employees of the National Institutes of Health (revised 10/05).

These are the same slides that were used in the 'in person' training provided for supervisors, with the addition of a certificate at the end for those who did not attend the 'in person' sessions.  Open the training slides via the link below and use the Scroll Button on your mouse or the Page Down/Page Up buttons to move through the session.  The last slide is your certificate.  Printing instructions are on the slide.  Print it and send it to you IC Ethics Office.
