This class includes a PowerPoint lecture and demonstration of the main components of the modern PC. We will discuss PC hardware at the most basic level. The remainder of the class will be hands-on, where the student will be able to remove and add a hard drive, add a PCI card, replace RAM, remove and install a processor and gain firsthand knowledge of the internal hardware of a PC. This class is designed to give PC users a better understanding of the hardware they are using every day. | |
