Key Personnel Changes
Progress Report -- (including whether the PI moved, changes in staff -- lost, recruited, etc)

Study and Results
Progress Report -- if study design has changed, please specify the changes and the reasons for the changes. For results indicate if you are on track to reach your goals, any negative or unexpected results, and lessons learned.

Supplements

Milestones
Progress Report Milestones -- specify the Progress Report impact of your findings on cancer control efforts - specifically the ability to prevent, detect early, or treat cancer, and/or improve the lives and health of those with cancer and/or that of their families and caregivers -- up to this point. This information is important to us in order to respond to congress and NCI administration on the importance of the research we fund.

If this is a P or U grant mechanism, show how your sites are working together to address the intent for interconnected research efforts, student training opportunities, etc.

Plans
Progress Report -- Summarize plans to address the Specific Aims during the next year of support. Include all modifications in your original plans for the future year.

Publications, Presentations, Products, and Patents
Progress Report -- Please list all of your publications (including those accepted and In Press for journal articles, book chapters, etc), presentations, products, and/or patents below. Please indicate the impact of the publications and how has it moved the science forward. These publications will be posted on CC Citations.
