R is a powerful and widely used tool for statistical analyses, data visualization and analysis of high-throughput methods like microarray experiments. Researchers who require analysis tools more advanced than Microsoft Excel will appreciate the flexibility and wide range of pre-packaged solutions that R offers. This course is intended to introduce the basics of programming in R with hands-on examples and provide additional resources for extending its functionality.
