#944Array-Based Copy Number Analysis & Visualization with Nexus Copy Number
 
Description:
This class will teach basic concepts in copy number analysis followed by data loading and basic visualization as well as more advanced analyses using Nexus Copy Number. There will also be a one hour Q&A session at the end to answer any questions you may have regarding data analysis with Nexus Copy Number.
 
Objectives:
Topics will include:
  • Segmentation
  • Allele-specific analysis (LOH, allelic imbalance)
  • Loading data
  • Basic visualization and navigation
  • Comparisons including predictive power analysis for continuous data,li>Clustering
  • Survival analysis
  • Gene enrichment analysis
  • Incorporation of external data such as gene expression results

Who should attend:
NIH researchers working with copy number data generated via SNP or aCGH arrays.
