Short Outage Description: eRA Scheduled Maintenance
Description:

QVR is currently running at reduced capacity and the refresh process which normally runs for approximately 6.5 hours is now taking 15 hours. Consequently, QVR data has not been refreshed since Friday, January 1, 2009.

A refresh is planned for tonight 1/13/2009 and will stretch into Wednesday morning. When the refresh is complete on Wednesday morning, QVR data will have been updated through close of business on Monday, January 12. QVR is expected to continue to run at a reduced capacity even after the refresh is completed on Wednesday.


Please note: Problems with the IMPAC II Reporting Database (IRDB) following the server hardware maintenance performed on Sunday January 4, 2009 have not yet been resolved. eRA administrators continue to work with HP support. We appreciate your patience and are sorry for this inconvenience.
