STG will conduct their weekly code patching to their supported services, including the CIT Remedy Server, the CIT Aspect Server, the Customer Support websites, the CIT Knowledge Base and the Customer Support Report Server. Overall this will be a non-service-affecting maintenance period, though their may be occasional momentary latency or brief periods of unusual behavior as new workflow is imported.
