A strong advocate for animal
protection laws, Congressman LoBiondo received the "Humane
Champion" award from Michael Markarian, Executive
Vice President of the Humane Society of the United States,
for his continued advocacy. LoBiondo scored a perfect
100 on the group's annual scorecard of legislators.

with Sara and John Rosati, who are South Jersey athletes
participating in the Special Olympics. Sara and John
