Each edition is issued in two volumes (Vol. 1 : A-K ; vol. 2 : L-Z), in which manufacturers are listed alphabetically with an individual entry to represent each branch. Entries include business name or trade style (alternate name), address, city, state, zip code, main line of business, D-U-N-S number, credit rating, year business started, and an employee range designation for the number of employees. The credit ratings are designed to express an appraisal of the information and comments assembled by Dun & Bradstreet.

The Library's collection is nearly complete beginning with October 1965. Only the following appear missing: Spring 1969 (vol. 1) and Fall 1993. The Serial Record contains a substitute entry on which no holdings are recorded.
