The Center for Global Development is an independent think tank, founded in 2001, that works to reduce global poverty and inequality by encouraging policy change in the U.S. and other rich countries through rigorous research and active engagement with the policy community. The Center undertakes independent, high-quality research in economics and other topics impacting development policy including development aid effectiveness, global health and education, global inclusion, migration, and trade.
