The 2nd Congressional District’s “An Artistic Discovery 2007” winner, Aramis Hamer, visits Washington to see her winning artwork “Rock/Tool“ hung in the U.S. Capitol. Aramis travelled to Washington with her mother, Kathryn, for the high school art competition festivities.
