Presidential Delegation to Accra, Ghana for the 50th Anniversary of Independence

President George W. Bush today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to Accra, Ghana to attend the celebrations on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of Independence, March 5-7, 2007.

The Honorable Alphonso Jackson, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, will lead the delegation.

The Honorable John J. Danilovich, CEO, Millennium Challenge Corporation

The Honorable Ronald A. Tschetter, Director of the Peace Corps

R. Timothy Ziemer, Rear Admiral, United States Navy (Retired), Coordinator for the President's Malaria Initiative
