The City Manager's Office is responsible for the efficient administration of City resources and City operations in accordance with City Council policy.  The City Manager provides overall planning, supervisory direction and control of all City programs and services.  Human Resources, Risk Management, Contract and Franchise Administration are direct functions of this office.
