The City Clerk's Department is responsible for maintaining accurate records and legislative history of the City Council actions; providing safe-keeping and storage of the City's official records and archives; providing records retrieval and legislative research for City departments and the public; performing centralized processing of all legal notices; maintaining campaign and economic interest statement filings; and administering local elections.
