Drug Medi-Cal

This website provides counties and direct providers with important information about the requirements of the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Section 51341.1 and the standards applicable to substance abuse treatment reimbursable through DMC. Also included is information how to contact staff with questions, sample forms for documentation of services, and other information that is provided as technical assistance.

DMC Rates (PDF) Governing California's Drug/Medi-Cal Program (Effective July 1, 2007)

Drug Medi-Cal Electronic Explanation of Balances (DMC e-EOB)

Counties and direct providers can now download Drug Medi-Cal Explanation of Balance data through a secure web system. Before accessing DMC e-EOB data, counties and direct providers must review the Confidentiality Statement for Drug Medi-Cal Patient Data (PDF).

All DMC e-EOB functions are accessed through the ITWS website, which also provides the forms needed for counties and direct providers to designate approvers, and allows new users from counties and direct providers with designated approvers to register for access.
