Randall L. Tobias, of Indiana, to be Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development, vice Andrew S. Natsios, resigned.

David F. Kustoff, of Tennessee, to be United States Attorney for the Western District of Tennessee for the term of four years, vice Terrell Lee Harris, resigned.

John Charles Richter, of Oklahoma, to be United States Attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma for the term of four years, vice Robert Garner McCampbell, resigned.

Amul R. Thapar, of Kentucky, to be United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky for the term of four years, vice Gregory F. Van Tatenhove, resigned.
