Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to nominate one individual to serve in his administration:

The President intends to nominate April H. Foley of New York, to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the Export-Import Bank of the United States, for the remainder of a four-year term expiring January 2, 2007. Early in her career, Ms. Foley served as Director of Business Planning for Corporate Strategy with PEPSICO, Inc. She also served as Director of Strategy for Reader's Digest Association. More recently, she served as a member of the Board of Directors and President of the United Way of Northern Westchester. Ms. Foley is a graduate of Smith College and received an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
