President Bush Signs U.S.-Australia Free Trade Agreement
President George W. Bush delivers remarks during the signing ceremony of H.R. 4759, The United States-Australia Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act in the Rose Garden Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2004.
