Native American Student Art Competition (July 17, 2006)
Secretary Spellings greets winners of the 2006 Native American Student Art competition at the U.S. Department of Education.  The 2006 competition was open to American Indian and Alaska Native students in pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.  The theme, 'The Power to Dream, The Power to Achieve,' reflects the promise and importance for Native students of pursuing an education.
