    Consul General Tim Sandusky participated in the opening of the Ural Boeing Manufacturing (UBM) company on July 7 in the Urals city of Verkhnyaya Salda. The $60 million U.S.-Russian joint venture is the result of fifteen years of partnership between the Boeing Corporation and VSMPO-Avisma.
