    US Consulate General Dhahran, in partnership with Ibda’a Arts Center in Qatif, sponsored the “Picturing America” exhibit on June 13-14. On Saturday, June 13, Consul General Joseph Kenny officially opened the exhibit.

New Hours & Procedures for US Citizen Services
Effective May 16, 2009, in an effort to serve you better, all services in the American Citizen Services unit at the Consulate in Dhahran are available by appointment only, except additional passport page requests, which we will see on a walk-in basis.

Pre-departure Orientation
The Consulate invites students and parents to attend a Pre-departure Orientation at the U.S. Consulate General in Dhahran 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, 2009. This orientation will help students get organized while planning departure to the USA.
