Earlier acquisitions reports
From 1943 to 1978 the Manuscript Division published acquisitions lists and articles in the Quarterly Journal of the Library of Congress (formerly titled Quarterly Journal of Current Acquisitions). From 1979 to 1995 similar lists and essays were published in Library of Congress Acquisitions: Manuscripts. To obtain copies of essays published in reports earlier than 1996, please contact the Manuscript Division.
