Bruce Feiler is the New York Times best-selling author of seven books, including Walking the Bible (2001), Abraham (2002) and Where God Was Born: A Journey By Land to the Roots of Religion (HarperCollins, 2005). He is writer-presenter of the PBS miniseries “Walking the Bible” and has traveled to more than 60 countries on five continents, immersing himself in many cultures. He is a frequent contributor to NPR and CNN, and he has received the ASCAP/Deems Taylor Award for Excellence in Music Journalism, the Culinary Professionals Award for Excellence in Food Journalism and three James Beard Awards for writing about food and restaurants. Mr. Feiler lives in New York City.
