Rep. Andrews Statement on Virginia Tech Shootings

I was shocked and dismayed by the shootings earlier this week at the Virginia Tech campus.  As our entire nation continues to mourn the loss of so many, I offer my condolences to the parents and families of the students and faculty affected by this horrible tragedy.  Our universities and colleges should be safe places for our children to learn and grow, and as a member of the House Higher Education Subcommittee I will continue to make their safety a top priority.
