Rep. Andrews Statement on Former Rep. Mark Foley

There must be a prompt investigation by the House Ethics Committee to determine the facts of Rep Foley’s actions and what House Republican Leaders knew and when they knew it.  If it is determined that any leader knew of these emails and did not report them to either the Ethics Committee or the U.S. Attorney, then they should resign.
