Korean War Veterans Day ceremony. During his remarks, Upton said, "From

President Bush signs Fred's Broadcast Decency Enforcement Act into law
Fred's legislation, now law, raised the amount the FCC can fine for indecent material broadcast over the public airwaves from $32,500 per violation to $325,000.
