Executive Director Mary Pat Matheson says admission proceeds through the end of the year will be put into a fund to help the victims of Friday's skywalk construction accident, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

"We think it's fitting after this tragic accident to reopen the garden so that our volunteers, our staff, people that are on the construction site, our families and our community can come back and enjoy this garden, a place of serenity and a place of healing," Matheson said at a news conference following a moment of silence.

Occupational Safety and Health Administration officials returned to the botanical garden Monday, resuming their efforts to discover what caused part of the elevated walkway attraction to fall, the newspaper said.

Police said construction worker Angel Chupin, 66, died and 10 others were still hospitalized Sunday -- a total that also included six victims in intensive care at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta.
