The decision to stay in the Marine Corps can be more difficult that the decision to join the Corps due to all the options available. There are many incentives available for Marines that reenlist. Some of those incentives can be found on this website in the terms of Special Duty Assignment options, Special School Seats, and even Monetary incentives. However, there are other incentives that can only be found in the spirit of those leaders throughout the Marine Corps. Those things are Pride, Camaraderie, and Esprit d Corps.
