Eric Nicholson of United Farmworkers of America spoke about how farmworkers and growers work together.

"We have monthly meetings where we duke it out. We figure out how we are going to do this and recognize we have a crisis. The only way we are going to solve it is by working together, talking, and figuring out a common solution," Nicholson said.
