Our Congressional district office provides assistance to many veterans who are attempting to obtain their military medals or records, as well as those who have experienced difficulties with the Department of Veterans Affairs. If you have attempted to resolve a matter with the Department of Veterans Affairs or the National Personnel Records Center and have experienced problems, we might be able to help. Before the district office may provide assistance, a privacy release form must be completed. According to the Privacy Act of 1974, your written permission is required for us to inquire about your situation with any federal agency.
