The notice was published in the Federal Register on February 25, 1999 (64 FR 9354). At the request of the State agency, the Department reviewed the certification for workers of the subject firm. New findings show that Schlumberger Technology Corporation is the parent corporation of Schlumberger Oilfield Services, also known as numerous firm entities cited above and operating at various locations in the above cited states. The workers provide oilfield and gas drilling and exploration services, as well as related support and warehouse duties. The intent of the Department's certification is to include all workers of Schlumberger Technology Corporation, Schlumberger Oilfield Services, a/k/a/ Dowell Schlumberger, a/k/a/ Anadrill Schlumberger, A/ k/a/ Geco-Prakla, a/k/a IPM, a/k/a Product Centers, a/k/a GeoQuest, a/k/a Sedco-Forex, a/ k/a Wireline and a/k/a Shared Services adversely affected by imports. Accordingly, the Department is amending the certification to properly reflect this matter.
