Notice of Availability of a Plan of Operations and Environmental 
Assessment for Existing Natural Gas Pipelines at Padre Island National 
Seashore, Kenedy and Kleberg Counties, Texas

    The National Park Service has received, for approval, from Houston 
Pipe Line Company, a Plan of Operations for Existing Natural Gas 
Pipelines at Padre Island National Seashore. An approved Plan of 
Operations would serve as a permit for the pipeline operations.
    Pursuant to Sec. 9.52(b) of Title 36 of the Code of Federal 
Regulations, Part 9, Subpart B (36 CFR 9B); the Plan of Operations and 
Environmental Assessment are available for public review and comment 
for a period of 30 days from the publication date of this notice in the 
Office of the Superintendent, Padre Island National Seashore, 20301 
Park Road 22, Corpus Christi, Texas. Copies of the documents
